1. Pre-sales Service
(1) Provide product selection samples and detailed technical information.
(2) Understand users' requirements for product usage and historical issues, and provide reasonable suggestions accordingly.
(3) Regularly conduct user visits, provide technical solutions free of charge, and resolve problems encountered by users during the use of control valves.
2. Sales Service
(1) Assist design institutes or users in product selection and generate control valve selection calculation specifications.
(2) Provide all documents and technical parameters related to the products required by design institutes or users.
(3) Clarify or answer technical questions provided by users or designers.
(4) If users or project designers have special requirements for products, actively cooperate and carefully design, and provide a complete written design technical solution.
3. After-sales Service
(1) During the equipment installation, commissioning, and operation stages, our personnel will be dispatched to the site to provide free services to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
(2) If changes in control valve models or adjustment of technical parameters or replacement of the entire machine are required due to design selection errors or process parameter changes before the equipment runs, our factory will be responsible for the changes within 5% of the total order quantity free of charge.
(3) If on-site service is required due to problems encountered during equipment operation, personnel will be dispatched to the site to resolve them within 24 hours.
(4) Establish permanent records for users, conduct timely user visits, and understand the problems discovered during product usage.
(5) Provide professional technical training free of charge for users, assist professional maintenance personnel in mastering rapid fault diagnosis and repair solutions for equipment.
(6) Lifetime responsibility for providing on-site inspection and maintenance services for control valve products to customers.
