Selection of Ceramic Materials: Al2O3, ZrO2, PSZ

The purity of imported alumina used in as high as 99%, and the sintering temperature is lower than that of ordinary alumina. At the same time, its bending strength, fracture toughness, Vickers hardness and erosion wear rate are much better.

PSZ ceramic is suitable for high temperature or severe thermal shock, and has higher strength, toughness and reliability than traditional ceramics.

Powder

Most of the powders used in modern ceramics are submicron ultrafine. While the imported nanometer ultrafine powders are used in Sun Yeh to ensure their purity and sintering activity. The smaller the particle size and the larger the surface area of the powder, the more the interface for solid phase diffusion material migration during sintering, that is, the easier to densify.

Advanced precision 360 degree grinding technology is introduced to ensure the accuracy of sealing joint surface, and to ensure 6 grades of hard seal and zero leakage. Meanwhile, the advanced technology of metal surface spraying was also introduced, and the nickel-based thermal spraying was carried out on the upper and lower axles of the control valve as well as the metal balls to ensure that the thickness and quality of the spraying were controllable.
